About Kay Study
Kay Study (born Issah Mohammed, March 9, 2005) is a Ghanaian singer-songwriter, producer, and graphic designer. Known for his genre-blending sound and emotionally resonant lyrics, he fuses Afrobeat and Hip-Hop with elements of Highlife to create music rooted in personal growth, resilience, and cultural expression.
He began his career as one half of the duo Richkid & Gallo Khatel before launching his solo career in 2024. In July 2025, he founded and signed to his own independent label, Road Wave Records, to release and distribute his music.
